It's easy to reach us, whether you're travelling by car or train.
If you are travelling by car, you will find Directions to Hotel Upstalsboom Aquantis Bensersiel for detailed directions.
If you are travelling by train, the train will take you to Esens station (approx. 6 km away). From there, bus lines K1, K3, 473 and 362 run regularly to Bensersiel.
From the bus station, it's just a five-minute walk to us.
You can park your car free of charge in one of the nearby hotel car parks. You can easily open the barrier with your room key. There is no height restriction for vehicles.
For even more convenience, a garage is also available for a fee of 8 euros per day. Please book this in advance as parking spaces are limited.

We are there for you around the clock at our reception. Please let us know in good time if you will be arriving later than 8.00 pm. The room reserved for you will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 10.00 am on the day of departure. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier, check in and park your car. You can use the swimming pool before check-in and store your luggage at reception.
You can enjoy your breakfast daily from 08:00 to 10:00 in our externally operated restaurant Castello.
Please book in good time so that everything is optimally prepared for you.
When the weather is nice, the terrace invites you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. The restaurant is located directly opposite reception. A fridge with drinks and small snacks is available in the entrance area. You can easily pay for the items you take out at reception.
On the ground floor you will find the children's playroom, the lounge and meeting room with table football.

The special North Sea climate alone ensures natural relaxation - and for your "extra" relaxation, our wellness area is at your disposal during your stay.
Pool area: daily from 08:00 - 21:00
Sauna area: daily from 16:00 - 21:00
Relax and unwind in our Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and steam bath as well as under a rain shower with colour and sound effects.
